Though I have only been selling real estate for 5 years, I have gained the experience of real estate agents that have been in the business for over 20 years.  I changed careers at the age of 35 and because I had many reasons to succeed, a wife and 5 kids, I was forced to make an impact really quick.  I was born in Norfolk and raised in Virginia Beach.  I know the Hampton Roads area like the back of my hand, especially when it comes down to the schools, venues, and local government.  Now, because I'm in approximately 25-30 homes per week, I have a great understanding of many of the hundreds of neighborhoods in our vast metropolitan area.
