Borrower is qualified for the total monthly payment.

Reduces monthly payments for buyer as much as possible.

Conforming loan limit of $417,000 applies.

Available programs: Fixed Rates, ARMS and also available as interest-only.

FHA program allows for partial abatement. Borrower must pay

principal portion of payment.
