From time to time, I will post all of the homes that have been reduced in price on a particular day to give you an idea of what's going on in the market.  Prices go down everyday and trust me this list is just from one day.  With around 15,000 listings on the market in Hampton Roads, more than half of them have been reduced at some point.  I also have access to the history of the listing so I would be able to tell you exactly how much the property has gone down.
